A beautiful sunrise yoga session in the beach to connect to your body, mind and soul. Enjoy a light and relaxing Vinyasa flow class to unplog from technology & embark on a mindfulness wellness journey. We will be working with flexibility, balance, strength and stress relief. WHAT WE WILL DO: Breathwork (10 minutes). Asana (poses) practice (40 minutes). Savasana (10 minutes) Yoga Photoshoot (30 mins) ** During the photoshoot I will guide you through eye-catching poses for great pictures. Sounds something that you'd like to experience? Then book a private class with us! PRIVATE CLASSES INCLUDE: Yoga mats. Pranayama (Breath work). Vinyasa, power yoga or yin class (we can do a mix of all). Savasana Session photos (we will send the photos within 72 hours). WHAT TO BRING: Water Confortable Clothes Towel We will meet in the special spot 30 minutes before sunrise. Price is for 1-6 people. Extra person is $25 usd.
